Why can't I get access to Gamepass perks?

    Why can't I get access to Gamepass perks?


    So I have Gamepass ultimate and yet gamepass will tell me to join ultimate as if I never bought gamepass what so ever so like hats up with that?

    First, welcome to the Xbox community. Apparently, it's a general problem, I've had this error for days, and my alternative is to use the Xbox game pass app on my smartphone to be able to claim my perks. I've tried numerous solutions too, I believe this can only be resolved with an update from Microsoft.

    I suggest you report this issue to the Xbox team, I did the same, I hope they resolve it. You may be reporting this issue via the link below.

    NOTE: Only some perks can be claimed by the Xbox game pass mobile app.

    - At the moment, the only solution is to use a smartphone to redeem the perks.

    Huh gamepass games are the same as ultimate. And no he doesnt get ultimate perks

    Perks like ea play Ubisoft plus and cloud are only subscriber perks of that's what you mean those are perks

    As you need to.roam for.those

    EA play and ubisoft plus.are registered to your account.and are.seperate accounts

    Cloud is roaming since its not.a locally installed game.but.a console in .cloud

    He only gets gamepass games and multiplayer access not cloud ea play or Ubisoft

    Do you mean cloud ?

    Or EA play or Ubisoft if so those are subscriber perks only

    Meaning he can only access it

    You can only access gamepass games and purchased games and play multiplayer on installed games that's it
