Why can’t I get access to contact Xbox support?

What happens when you try to make a purchase?
Also, please tell me:
Where are you physically located? (Country)
Did you tried using a different payment method to see if the issue persist?
Or what about using the Xbox.com website to make the purchase?

I have the dame question.

I bought Halo Nightfall and Halo The Fall of Reach on Halo Channel platform but now I can’t access to content I bought.

I contacted with Halo Support and said that I should contact with Microsoft Support, they said that can’t doing nothing and should contact with Halo Support and again said should with Microsoft Support. And again, and again, and again.

Nobody solve this and I can’t access to content I BOUGHT.

May be this could be a fraud?

All you have to do is request a phone call and support will call you . Support.microsoft.com just request a call to be scheduled and talk to a live agent

Choosing billing and then "I don't recognize a charge" will give the options to request a call back or chat with support, but like you said, support doesn't handle enforcement issues. You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for
information about the suspensions and to see about submitting a case review.

I read a bunch of "how to contact support" posts. I went through all of the robot chat channels, got to this in the photo and can not move any further. Nowhere to request a call back or continue typing. I called the 800 number and it only referred me back
to the site with the virtual agent.

I know "bans" are not handled here, but I am trying to contact about multiple account bans with no explanation. For example, I was online for maybe three minutes today. I didn't even talk to anyone. Logged off, and saw I got an email with another 24 hour communication
ban.
