    Why can’t I get a refund on cod:mw3 preorder?


    I pre ordered mw3 and I no longer want it I need the money back for some bills and it won’t refund me the money I haven’t even played it yet?

    I'm experiencing the same issue. I'm using PayPal to fight back. Microsoft has a 14 day refund policy but what's weird is that the game isn't even out yet.
