Why can't i download?

When i tried to download demo or games it sometimes says that my account is not allowed to download that content (like the demo of diablo 3) but it doesn't say why and when i went on my accont on my computer to see what's the problem it shows that the access
to all games and features are limited and i was super happy because i finally thought that i would be able to change it but it doesn't say where i have to go and what i have to do to change it. I maybe think it's something with my age but even when i try to
change it (because im not underage) it doesn't seem to work.

If someone know what's the problem and how to change this thing, well thank you for responding.

What is going on with Jigsaw. It has been slow for weeks and now it says that it is no longer available. What is the problem. I am so disappointed.

as I can see here, this seems to be an issue with your account. From the initial set up, the account may be set up as a child. First thing that you have to do to is contact xbox live support and check your account:

support.xbox.com/.../contact-us

 

Your account is a child account. This means that when it was created there should have been a parental account that it was added to. The parental account is the only one that can change the permissions of your existing account.

 

Both Onyx and Bard are accurate, Green, but I would like to add one more thing: It's attached to the age of account, not the permissions. Most demos are Unrated and accounts under the age of 18 will not be able to download them properly. You will likely
have to use another account for those demos.
