    Why can't I download this game


    I'm currently a Xbox live gold member and right now is Star Wars the force unleashed 2 it says it's free to me but when I attempt to download it it says "you are unable to make this purchase on Xbox.com please continue on your Xbox one." But I try and download

    Why can't I download this?

    That is strange.

    Could you try this.

    Go into memory>games> look for a partial file (should be checked with an exclamation mark) & delete it.

    The go to your
    download history     and try to download the title again.

    Why can't I download this?

    I was downloading Halo Combat Evolved and it was at 14% but then when I went to check my pending downloads, it said "download not pending". Please explain how I can fix this. =]

    If you're on a child account (under 18), you would need to download it via a 360 console due to child restrictions.

    Multiple issues for the purchase of this game have been reported as well as updates that its now working. Give it another try and let us know if its working for you now.

    I was having the same issue. Apparently that's now been resolved. I just tried again and I've got the game now.

    There is no issue with Xbox Live at the moment. I would recommend heading over to
    https://account.microsoft.com and check on your account status. Make sure there's a valid payment option listed on your account so you can get the 360 games as well. You won't be
    charged for the game but it seems a payment option is still required.
