why can't I download this game on xbox after I bought it on win 10?

After the download and offline fix now I have the e101 code. I can't win with this Xbox.

I never had to buy it back after upgrading to w10. Like i said in a different reply. Between platforms i can understand but xbox one is nothing more then a better version of xbox 360 due to hardware upgrades. They changed the dashboard interface
but it's basicly stil using the same software. They are both based on windows media center...

Xbox One is based on the UWP which is the Win 10 Kernel. Xbox 360 is not based on the UWP. That is why backaward compatible games require an emulator in the installation. It is also why many games would not port from Win 7, and Win 8 to Win 10 cleanly.
But cross platform is possible between WP and Win 10, and Xbox One as long as HW requirements are met between the devices.

I just bought a new Xbox and i'm getting this problem and i don't know why. It is saying:

are the number that show up after that message.

MY SPECS:

PROC - i7-4770 CPU @3.40GHz

RAM - 16.0 GB

GPU - GeForce GTX 1660 Super

WIN 10 home 64

When I used FS on Game Pass I had no issues. On Friday I bought the Premium Deluxe for PC. Download (15hours) have had nothing but trouble (crashes, errors) Saturday I uninstalled and reinstalled (15 hours) Today Sunday same problems. I AM SO PISSED OFF. Why can't things just work?
