    Why cant i download this 18 plus game?

    I am over the age of 18 and on my microsoft account is my real birthdate

    but i still get this error PUR-MaturityRatingsDenialUserInFamily

    and yes ive checked and allowed everything on account.xbox.com/settings and
    till nothing, restarted my laptop and still nothing.

    Please help me ASAP!

    Ohhhh by the way i swear, as I'm over 18,and the people i was with are 18 ad over, but one little kid said stop swearing, there's no given right for you to stop me!! There is a right if it's for 18 years and over for a little kid that shouldn't be playing
    the game to sanction me?? It's you that are in the wrong , allowing kids on 18 plus games ,, the persecuting the 18 plus for actually being ON an 18 plus game and swearing. Moderate the fields.

    Actually I couldnt download the latest update and im stuck without going online! Says i cant download it and this has never happened before plus my internet is awesome so i dont know why it wont download.
