Why can't I download stuff from Microsoft edge

Please tell me the real reason why we can't download stuff off of the new Microsoft Edge, you could in the pre September 23rd version of Microsoft Edge and don't tell me that you were always unable to download off of the old Microsoft Edge. Please respond to my post and explain it to me!

I managed to get a reply from Microsoft flight simulator after asking the question.

They say to delete your cookies and use Microsoft edge. This totally worked for me. Give it a go?

Hahaha! Look back at my original post. Edge has always worked! Its just that Edge isn’t the only browser out there, and frankly, I don’t like Edge. Microsoft’s excuse is ALWAYS: only use our stuff. Thats why they maintain the monopoly. My point is:
their products should have maximum compatibility, if they are going to be sold world wide.

What do you mean install firefox

You can't install another browser on consoles

You can only use edge and you can't download non xbox stuff into a console you have ro.use realms

You can't download Chrome on Xbox One, the only browser you can use is Microsoft Edge.

Yeah, that's the bundle I got. I can't download it from the Microsoft Store app. When I check my library it shows that I only got the bonus stuff. However, when I check the game on xbox game store through web, it says that I do have it but can't download it. But when I check it through xbox app it says that I do not own it. I honestly have no idea why.
