Why can't i download Sega Vintage Collection?

    Why can't i download Sega Vintage Collection?


    So I am looking to download Sega Vintage Collection: Streets of Rage and Golden Axe. They are 360 games but I should be able to download these on my One right? How do I do this? I don't find it and sometimes when I do it says Bundle only and then I can
    not download it anyway...So am i able to purchase these games? When I get on my computer it comes up with a service error in application....runtime error...what does that mean? I bought a One so i could play 360 games still and since this is on the marketplace
    and backward compatible what is going on?

    It's not a disc... It's a digital download.. SEGA vintage collection Streets of Rage.. It's a digital download.. No error message it just boots up the wrong streets of rage game... Streets of Rage 2 was available as an X Box Live Arcade game in 2007... I
    owned it... The vintage collection was released in 2012 I think and contained all 3 streets of rage games.... The vintage collection is backwards compatible... However, when I boot up the vintage collection, it just plays the old X Box live arcade version
    of streets of rage 2... It does not play the vintage collection. Does that makes sense at all?

    Is that the same as the Sega Mega Drive Ultimate Collection? That's really pathetic. I can play all my Sega vintage games I purchased, but I can't confirm your problem since I'm currently not online. I am currently playing Phantasy Star II though. But your
    problem still confuses me.

    That's because, if memory serves, SoR 1-3 are included in the collection. I'm not 100% on that though.

    Edit: Sorry, misread the OP. Why would you need SoR from the vintage titles to play the second one online? What the hell?

    Hi YokingDiamond,

    You are able to download Xbox 360 games on your Xbox One, but currently you are not able to initiate the purchase on the Xbox One. To purchase the game you will need to either use an Xbox 360 or head to
    Xbox Games Store. Once you have purchased the game, on your Xbox One go to My Games & Apps and scroll all the way to the right - backwards compatible titles will be filed under Ready to Install,
    then simply hit A to download.
