    so ive had problems. trying to buy things or download specific things like accessories. for my avatar it tells me to change the settings in my Xbox. account but ive done it and ive allowed everything in the setting and iman adult ijuat dont know what to
    do anymore

    Forced avatar change

    Hi, Everytime i click on my avatar on my 360 to log in it loads the create avatar screen. I cant avoid it. So i thought maybe it was a new thing and created a new avatar but then i get the status code 8007065b saying it cant save it. I'm going around in
    circles.

    I was trying to buy something to my avatar and the moment when I was to confirm the transaction it says that I cant do it in my console, then I try to did it by the page and was the same thing. Why cant I buy something for my avatar in any of your plataforms?

    i lost all my avatars of all my profiles ..........instead of avatar its tht gray avatar on the make profile and download profile........................ it happened when xbox was downloading some update n it was taking too long so i cancelled ............i

    Hi WilkesUSMC,

    sorry to hear. As I know, the new avatar is not compatible with the old one!! The parts you bought for the old avatar could not be used - the Import should only help to find a matching new one. But in my eyes they looks so different!!! My reason why I kept
    my old ones.

    But maybe they have change the dress up/wearing thing and you can use the paid avatar clothes!
