Why can’t I download my old forza horizon games on my new Xbox

Please check your Microsoft account by making sure that you are signed into the correct Microsoft account, the one that originally purchased Forza Horizon 4 and 5. To check on this, go to Microsoft’s order history: https://account.microsoft.com>; Order history and verify that the games are listed under your purchases.

And then check your library instead of the Store by going to My Games & Apps > Full Library > Owned Games. If the games appear there, you should be able to install them.

To set your expectations properly, Forza Horizon 4 was delisted from digital storefronts and removed from GamePass for both Xbox One and Series X/S but is still playable if you own it.

You do it from ready to install or your library Forza 4 and older has been delisted

All of my Microsoft and Xbox games are downloaded on my external drive including the previous Horizon, which is Forza Horizon 4. I changed where new apps are stored when downloaded from the Microsoft store to my external drive but it still wont download Forza Horizon 5 to my external drive. On the Xbox app it wont show my external drive as an option to download to. I am able to download any game from the Microsoft store and Xbox app to my external drive except Forza Horizon 5.

Had to replace my old xbox and my new one came with Forza 4, and to my surprise I really enjoyed it so I'll check Horizon.

I can’t launch Forza horizon 4 on my series X to. Some problems, i guess.
