Why can't I download my account onto my 360?

Yes my account is 2fa. I even tried signing in with an app password or whatever it's called .

Both. I tried it before I set up my 2fa with my normal password and multiple times with the 2fa generated password. With both times it says the same thing.

In the “subscriptions” section if you have Auto-renewal activated in your subscriptions go to the “Manage” section and select the option “Turn off auto-renew” If it is the opposite case, that your subscriptions do not have Auto-renewal activated you need to activate it following the same steps as above.

Then press and hold your console's power button until it shuts down. Unplug your console for 5 minutes. After that turn your modem/route off and unplug it for a few minutes. Then plug everything back together and turn your console on. Launch your Backward-compatible game and try to sign in to your account on Xbox 360.

If you have successfully signed in to your account on Xbox 360, please feel free to go back to your subscription settings and change them back to how they were before.
