    Why can't I download Minecraft from the Microsoft Store? (I use a Surface Pro)


    I own Minecraft on my Xbox Account, but when I want to install it on my Surface Pro from the Microsoft store it does not let me do it.

    It only lets me install it on my Xbox, on which I already have it installed.

    Help?

    And I have tried installing it on the Xbox One and Xbox-System OS

    As long as it's listed as Minecraft for Windows 10, it's the cross-platform version.

    Since Minecraft is not a Play Anywhere title, you would have to purchase the Windows version from the Windows Store in order to play it on your surface. The Xbox version will only work on the Xbox.
