    Why can't I download Game pass games on PC?


    Hi,

    I bought a Game Pass for Windows. I installed some games in my desktop computer and everything went fine. Then I tried to install games to my laptop, and it didn’t work. I tried with Store and Xbox-app. Store gives me this code: 0x803FB107 and Xbox gives this: 0x800700e9. Other apps and games are downloading without problems in Store. Only the Game pass games won’t start downloading.

    I have tried following things: signed out and in again (same accounts in Store and Xbox), Repaired both apps from app settings and restarting them, updated all the apps from Store, restarted Delivery Optimization and Background Intelligent Transfer Service in Services, (Start value is 3 in Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\DoSvc in Registry). Nothing seems to work.

    What should I do?

    PC Games are in "Xbox Game Pass" but aren't in "Xbox Game Pass PC"

    Games like Borderlands 2 or Minecraft can be install if I had a xbox one but to PC I can't (xbox game pass PC) !! Why ?!

    Tve Xbox Game Pass from console its different from the Xbox Game Pass on PC!

    Some games are exclusive for console and others for PC.

    Btw remember tha Xbox Game Pass on PC it's just started, so you will see more and more games will be add on Game Pass.

    Why would they list it on Xbox game pass for PC, if you can't play it on a PC?

    But Borderlands and Minecraft were always exclusive for PC (for years)... but for MS and "Game Pass" both are exclusive for Console ! 🤔

    That's just horrible, I can't understand why the Xbox game pass is so buggy on PC.

    I have the same problem. I can go to the microsoft website and get The Outer Worlds but it will only lead me to the Microsoft Store where i cannot download it. It will say get the game pass for pc while i got the ultimate game pass... Really wondering
    why this is so broken when the website says i can download it but the microsoft store says i can't. It is the same account and all billings are paid. This goes for every game pass game. Hope for a quick fix!
