    Why cant i download classic shade from minecraft on my ps4?


    so i bought with my tokens the classic shade on minecraft market place on my ps4 but when i click download it does until it comes to import and all of the sudden the download stops. Ive tried so many times restared everything ive also tried on my boyfriends account but it doesnt work. I have enough storage so can you please help me with my problem because i really want it to work
