Why can't I download Battlefield 3 with Xbox Gold, while it is for free?

It's a free game for september with Xbox Live Gold for NL.

I tried several times, it should be free. But when I start download it says it is not available in my region? What can I do?

Hi, I have Xbox live gold and you can now download battlefield 3 for free if you have gold. Why can I not download it?

For some reason, whenever I try to download Battlefield 3 for free with gold, it won't let me download it. It says "Sorry, your account is unable to make this type of purchase from Xbox.com. Please complete this transaction from your Xbox." I don't understand
why. Gold even just charged my account yesterday and I still can't get it. Anything I can do about this?

 

I am having the same issue. I live in the US physically. DL on my sons account with no problem. But I get the same region message on my profile. Anyone know what's up?
