Why can't I download apps in Microsoft Store?

    Why can't I download apps in Microsoft Store?


    I try downloading apps, but I keep getting the same error (YI5Txl7VAkGJ2Oy9VG5Q0A.101.1). I already tried factory resetting my pc and doing other ways to reset the store. Customer support has been awful here in Microsoft. I hope these forums can help me.

    Game pass games doesn't launch

    I disabled game bar from the settings because I heard that he is bad. does it make any difference if I enable it?
    also yeah I can download it from microsoft store it's just that microsoft store is worse in terms of download than xbox app that is why I'm using xbox app instead of microsoft store I will try to download the game from microsoft store and see if the problem happens there also I can open the game from desktop if the problem doesn't happen to me but when it happen I can't open the game from : desktop , xbox app , microsoft store
    and I don't have any antivirus or firewall I only use windows defender

    Purchased Minecraft Starter Pack but didn't receive the game itself.

    Yeah, that's the bundle I got. I can't download it from the Microsoft Store app. When I check my library it shows that I only got the bonus stuff. However, when I check the game on xbox game store through web, it says that I do have it but can't download it. But when I check it through xbox app it says that I do not own it. I honestly have no idea why.

    Yes, the Microsoft store app is available on Windows PC but you can't download Warzone from the Microsoft store app on your PC.

    You can Download from the Microsoft store app on the laptop. If you can't find it in the store be sure you are using the correct account in the Microsoft Store App.

    That's the Xbox store. That's why it's giving the console version. You'd use the Microsoft Store app to download games for the PC.
