why cant i download a game on microsoft store pc

when i try to download forza horizon 5 it keeps saying error and wont download ive tried changing where it downloads to and ive updated everything, nothing seems to be working for me but when i try download another game off of microsoft store it all seems to be working perfectly fine...how do i fix this

That's the Xbox store. That's why it's giving the console version. You'd use the Microsoft Store app to download games for the PC.

Both i cant rate or review it (on pc) and its downloaded and everything but according to the microsoft store it's not installed even tho ths store brings me to the app when i click on it

Go to my library.

it should be there to download again.

hello i had the same issue but on the opposite end i redeemed a code on the microsoft store on pc and cant play it on xbox
