    Why can't I download a game I bought and paid for on my 360 on my One?


    I bought Phantasy Star Universe: Ambitions of the Illumnis for the 360, it's not even an option on Xbox One.

    Not all games were made backwards compatible.

    Are you on the 360 and trying to download a 360 game, or are you on the One and trying to download a backwards compatible 360 title? When I am trying to download a backwards compatible title on my One I will get that message. I have found that if I go
    on my 360 and download it, that then makes it appear in the Ready to Install section of my games and apps on my One console. Not sure why this happens, but it is a work around to make it possible to get it on my One without it telling me I can't do it.
