Nor can I complete purchases for 360 games like red dead redemption.

Nor do any of my prepaid codes for 360 games work.

All xbox one games can be bought, all xbox one games with gold games work

Digital versions of 360 games that I bought ages ago do work with the back compatibility

I´m in Mexico, my account región is Mexico, console región is Mexico, and my ip is in Mexico, I can't download Army of TWO on games with gold, show me error code 80150017 in the xbox 360 and the website shows error, only in this game, why? why?

I have a problem with the games with gold. I can download the Xbox One games on my Xbox One but whenever I try to download the free Xbox 360 games, it says buy for free and when i press it, it goes to a blue screen. Same with the Internet Explorer, it just
says go to the Xbox store and download it, which I obviously can't do.. I do not have a Xbox 360 in order to download the free Xbox 360 games with games with gold, so it can automatically pop up in my Install on the Xbox One. So my question is, "How do I download
the free Xbox 360 games without an Xbox 360?"

If you are a child account you must make the purchases in your parental account or on a 360

In order to do woad games with gold games for 360 you must have a valid payment option on file as it still counts as a 0.00 purchase not a free one

 

If you are talking about error 8015017 when redeeming prepaid codes for games that would be wjy
