    Why can't I delete puzzles?


    I've seen several postings from users asking to delete finished puzzles, but no one is answering them. Is there any way to reach the support staff, because this page sure isn't working.

    Why can't I delete my account.

    I wish to delete my xbox live silver account which i evidently signed up for to use with GTA4.

    I want to delete this account becasue A. I don't use it.

    more importantly B. the hotmail account it's tied to cannot be deleted until my xbox live account is.

    my hotmail account is sending spam and viruses to all my friends and family, and the only way to fix this is to delete my xbox live account and i can't do that.

    Microsoft, what do i do?

    Why can't I delete my account.

    If you want to use the WLID attached to this account, just change it to another WLID and then your original one will be freed up. More specific instructions can be found at our sticky post:

    Microsoft jigsaw won't download puzzle collection

    Does anyone know how to delete jigsaw puzzle collections when they are completed.. It is one of my favorite games, but when I download them and can't DELETE them .. I don't want to use all my space for puzzles..

    PLEASE HELP ME DELETE THE COMPLETED JIGSAW PUZZLES.

    I tell you in advance so that there are no misunderstandings, this is a public forum for user-to-user support. We are users who help other users. We do not work for Microsoft and do not have access to any user accounts.

    There are several reasons why you may not be able to delete your Dragon Origins save files. One possibility is that the save files are stored in the cloud, rather than on your console. In this case, you will not be able to delete them directly from the game. Instead, you'll have to go to your console settings and remove them from there.

    Another possibility is that the saved files are locked. This can happen if the game is using the save files for something, such as saving online progress or tracking achievements. In this case, you will not be able to delete the saved files without first unlocking them.

    there must be a way to get rid of the completed jigsaw puzzles to free up space on your hard drive? How do we do it?

    Hey there PastBuckle884.

    There isn't a way to delete puzzles from the game. Once you complete it, you can ignore it and move onto the next :)
