    What's your system specs

    If a MacBook or a mac pro you have to use a different gpu most mac gpu that they come with dont cut it

    Also side note if it's a m1 you cant

    It isnt compatible with risc or arm yet risc comes with the new series x compatibility but we'll that's console

    Would you please provide us with further information regarding this issue.

    • Are you facing issues downloading games from the Microsoft store?
    • This issue appears with all games or only one game?
    • Are you using your Xbox console or your PC/ Windows 10?
    If you experience any issues requesting a call back or live chat on the Xbox support website, go through Microsoft support. Once you get to the virtual agent just say “Talk to an agent” and select Xbox as the product, and your issue from the list. Select the option “Call me back” or “Live chat”, which shows the estimated wait time/queue.

    If you don't see the options to request a call back or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do. If it does not work, please select billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge".

    It is a silicon Mac , hence the insider program.

    My wife bought me MSFS2020 for my birthday in April.

    Here’s the hurdles & the purchases:

    ‘19 MBP SSD too small, so bought a new M1 MBP 16gb/ 1TB SSD.

    Razor Core X egpu and AMD gpu.

    M1 MBP no longer has Bootcamp so purchased Parallels.

    Parallels needs Win 10 for ARM from the insider program.

    It seems MSFS is incompatible with Win 10 for Arm.

    First I bought Win 10 Home key then I bought Win 10 Pro key.

    None of it works.

    Spent around £4K, can’t return any of it.

    Most expensive birthday present ever!

    This is for Windows 10, not Xbox.

    We managed to get through to Microsoft last night after all by clicking we didn’t agree with a payment.

    Microsoft spent 2 hours going through my machine, still couldn’t fix.

    They concluded the problem must be with Windows insider program and or Parallels. They couldn’t install a fresh copy of Win10 pro because of this.
