Why can't I contact an appeals team?

So I've been given a comms ban and a strike for literally no reason. I've tried to contact an agent, but when it gets to the window, it doesn't give any option to do so, just to "message the gaming community".

I've requested a callback, they looked into it and got back to me saying "there's nothing they can do to look into the account".

I've been unfairly treated here, for literally no reason (not an exaggeration, nothing offensive was said, no swear words were used. Why is it so hard to contact the right people through xbox?

you can only submit a review, if none available you then have to wait for the ban to finish, there is no other way to contact them and support will not be able to help as they are not allowed to.

it had to have been a enforcement team member cause it popped on my actual bans but had no detail of why And it wouldn't let me appeal, I've told to support and I have been told they can't do anything that I need to get contact with enforcement team. but there is no way or at Least I don't have a way to do that since I can't appeal

if it wasn't a team member on your side could someone then please unban and reregister my account please? I've been talking and emailing people the last two days with either no reply or help

The only way to contact the enforcement team is via a case review (appeal). As you've said you've done that & the appeal was denied then there is nothing else you can do.

The enforcement team can't be contacted via email or any other way.

They wouldn't accept your evidence anyway as that can easily be manipulated.They have all the tools to gather their own evidence.
