why cant i contact an agent?

i tried calling 18004myxbox, and all it does is send me a link or hang up on me with no further options.

i tried contacting through the virtual agent and it only redirects me to talking to a virtual agent after it tells me i can now talk to a person

Let's be mindful of the
Xbox forum rules and guidelines when responding to anyone here as we are simply trying to help. We understand you are frustrated but negativity will not help with this situation.

Following those steps I posted should lead you to an option to request a callback from customer support and type in your number. Phone support is still available. I've tried it many times.

Can you explain what the error is when trying to request a callback or do you have a question or concern that we may be able to answer?

you're literally the worst customer service company i have ever experienced. good job microsoft, for letting everyone know how little you actually care.

Hi there!

That support number has been discontinued and moved to a callback feature on the support website. There is still live chat support, but you will have to follow a support portal to put you in a queue to receive a call from support.

Here is the best way to get to that option:

Contact us here
Select Xbox One
Select See other options.
Select Payment & Billing
Select show contact options and go to step 4
Select request a callback from support
