Why can't I connect to Xbox live when I open the xbox.

Understand that you are experiencing issues with Xbox not connecting to Xbox Live when opening Xbox on Windows 11, despite trying various troubleshooting steps. You can also refer to the following suggestions, which can be ignored if tried:



If you are using Wi-Fi, try switching to a wired connection to troubleshoot the Wi-Fi issue.



Sometimes the problem may not be on your end, the Xbox Live server may be down or under maintenance. You can check the status of your Xbox Live service at the following link: https://support.xbox.com/zh-CN/xbox-live-status



Your firewall or antivirus program may be blocking Xbox Live connections. Try temporarily disabling your firewall or antivirus software to see if you can connect.

Temporarily disable antivirus protection in your protection software to help you figure out the cause of the problem, but keep in mind that your device may be vulnerable with this feature turned off. So as soon as the problem is resolved, turn on your protection software!



If the date and time settings on your system are incorrect, it may cause problems with Xbox Live connectivity. Make sure your date and time settings are set to Automatic.



For the network also try:



Control Panel-Network and Internet-Network and Sharing Center-Change Adapter Settings, right-click on the name of the network you are currently connected to, click Properties, click on “Internet Protocol Version 4”, then Properties, and then Properties. Click “Internet Protocol Version 4”, then click Properties, in the pop-up dialog box, click “Use the following DNS server address”, enter “4.2.2.1” and “4.2.2.2” respectively. “Click OK.



Enter “cmd” in the search box on the taskbar, right-click on the command prompt, select Run as administrator, and execute the following command in the administrator: command prompt window: netsh winsock reset Enter, and then restart the computer.



Reset network settings

I have this router and I can't get either console to be open NAT. When I forward the ports it will not connect at all to Xbox live. I can't get two consoles in the same lobby consistently.

I get the same error code when I try to refresh. Its some kind of syncing error. Sometimes when I open the game it says it can't connect to Xbox Live.

I'm having that service alert thing too when I run connection tests. Since GTA online and the BF4 beta came out I just can't join xbox live. It's really starting to *** me off to be honest. I just want to know if this service alert could be the reason why
I can't connect to xbox live or if I should still be able to connect. Not a single support guy has answered that question yet. I've tried everything so there are only 2 reasons why I can't connect to xbox live. First, this service alert thing. Second, this
used xbox that I bought not so long ago has something in it that's not working right and that's why I want to know if that service alert could prevent me from connecting.
