Why can't I connect to the internet

Do you get any kind of error message that specifies what's wrong with the internet connection? This would help accurately determine where the problem lies.

Doesn't explain why you can't play your games without an internet connection....or why your treated like a criminal just to play a game you paid for. Or why the camera must be connected to the console so I can watch a blu ray.

still waiting for Microsoft to explain to me why I can't connect to Live with a WORKING Xbox360, able to connect to a WORKING WIFI network, but NOT to the internet.

Very, very, very frustrated by Microsoft.

Why can't you people listen. Tried 5 times to offline system update. Can't connect wirelessly to internet. Can you tell me why digital assistant says that the update isn't available?
