    I have put in the questions that describe my issue then all it says is "chat with an xbox gamer" or wait an hour an a half for a call. I want the chat available 24/7 how the hecc do I get on it

    The Support Chat Bank for Ambassadors hasn't gone, it's been replaced by 'Responder'. However, responder is currently offline

    Then I do not understand why I can't change this settings. I have tryed the Support chat but the guy on the other end can't help me so I go back to here. Why can I not do this?
