    I want to change my gamertag, but when I go to https://account.xbox.com/Settings, it redirects me to this.

    Thanks for the update. Have you attempted to adjust your
    Privacy & Online Safety Settings    ? Try changing the settings to better suit your account as an adult by following the steps on the page given and attempt to change your GamerTag again.
