"Why can’t I change my privacy settings?" page opens when I want to sign into Xbox.com

It may mean that you're under a family group. If you were redirected to a support page, please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/family and check if there is an organizer account linked to your account then ask the organizer account to sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings to manage your settings.

Never mind I fixed it, I changed the birth date and it seems to works now

I tried that, but every time I try to visit account.xbox.com, it automatically takes me to a page about changing your child's Xbox privacy (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...ge-childs-xbox-privacy-online-safety-settings)
and so I can't sign in. It even happens when I go to Xbox.com and click on "my account"--I get redirected to the same page. I have no idea why this keeps happening. Also, I can't click on "sign in" on the Xbox website.

I also need help because I'm being redirected to the "Why can’t I change my privacy settings?" page but I have no parental controls or parent microsoft account.
