    Why Cant i Change my Gamer Picture


    I tried to Find custom gamerpic while looking on my profile (through Xbox app), but i dont even get a click box or option there is just nothing to select to add a custom image, i have a custom image on there now from some years ago but unable to change it, i created the email and xbox account m self many years ago so im not in any family thing, nor did i know "your family" was a thing till tonight so there is not way of it being a child account, and played over 18 games on the account so if it was a child account i wouldn't be able to play them.

    Also where do you even find the xbox account D.O.B, i can find the MS account D.O.B

    i have tried to change it on the app and the website, i dont own an xbox one so that not an option

    Trouble with gamer pic

    is there a reason i cant change my gamer pic? I was temp banned on my main account, but im not sure if that has a cause in why i cant change it. I have my other account and i also cannot change the gamer picture even though i didnt get reported or anything
    like that. I dont know why its doing this, and if anyone has a possible solution, lemme know. I am above the age of 18, so that also cant be why.
    Try to change your profile picture here on the Xbox Website, if it doesn't change try contact the support for more information

    i do it through the companion app as it still works there. can take up to 24 hours to change though

    Hey AwsomeGuy174, You cant upload a custom gamer picture at this moment because it has been temporarily disabled due to reduce server stress. You should be able to change it to the pictures microsoft already has.
