why cant i case review an enforcement suspension on my account?

By registering for xbox live you have accepted the rules of the Code of Conduct where is clearly stated that XBLPET can suspend your xbox live privileges at anytime.

To check your suspension and if you are eligible for a case review: https://enforcement.xbox.com

The Enforcement Team does not post here on the forums. The only way to get in contact with them is to submit a case review, if you're eligible.

Log on to http://enforcement.xbox.com to review your suspension details, and see if you're eligible for a case review.

I cannot submit a case review.. the suspension isn't on my account.. I sign into the enforcement page and I scroll down and I see no suspension... so therefore I am not able to submit a case review. I contacted the support line on Microsoft and they told
me about my suspension.. but I am un able to file a case review since I cannot see the suspension penalty on my account on the enforcement page.

You cant. The enforcement team is the only ones who deal with bans/suspensions and they can only be contacted by filing for a case review. 24 hr suspensions are not eligible for case review. They wont go into specifics either way though.
