    Why can’t I buy LEGO Star Wars: TCS on Xbox one


    Im trying to buy lego star wars the complete saga on xbox one, but it keeps giving me the same error saying, “ your account is unable to make this type of purchase on Xbox.com. Please complete this transaction from your xbox”, but I am trying to buy it
    on my xbox. So I went to the website trying to purchase it and I gave me the same error. I would just like to play one of my childhood favorites so can you you guys please fix this error?

    That can come up for a couple of reasons. If you're on a child account, you'll have to make the purchase from a 360 console. Otherwise, make sure you have a credit card or Paypal on file to make the purchase.
