Why can't I buy gold?

Everytime I try to buy anything, it says it can't proceed because I already own it. Well, I don't. This has been happening for oover a week now. Seems you guys are making money but not helping. This is really getting ridiculous.

if you're trying to buy a game from XBOX ONE and it's a game for XBOX 360, it's normal... Also if it's free to download on "games with gold"...

Then after they will take money from your 25$

 

STILL waiting for this problem to be fixed. STILL cannot buy gold, it says I already own it and I DO NOT. Your initial fix allowed one series of purchase attempts to all be approved at one time. Thanks, it damn near broke my bank account since all attempts
that had been declined were instantly routed through my paymen.t method. If at all possible could you just remove the block from the time of fix on and not retroactively. I am on my last attempt to fix this before I give up on Bingo.

Once again, I fully expect to be totally ignored. I have been trying to have this problem FIXED since 04/28/18 and I have even done a live chat with support, which was totally USELESS. I have not been able to buy coins since April 28th, 13 DAYS! The advice
I received was to change browsers. NO HELP! This is my last attempt before I delete all Microsoft games and start shopping for an Apple. Every time I try to purchase coins, I get the message that I already own this item so the purchase cannot be made. NO ONE
has been able to tell me why and NO ONE has helped me to buy the coins. Thanks for nothing support. If no help is received in the next 24 hours I am done.
