Why can't I become an ambassador?

I meet all the requirements for becoming an ambassador and it will not let me become one I have asked the ambassadors and they cannot help me and I'm starting to get frustrated

Why can we not pre-purchase and or buy Lego Star Wars the Force Awakens on Xbox Marketplace?

Does anyone know why we can't purchase it on the marketplace? And when will it become available?

Hi there,

if you have just reached the 1500+ gamerscore mark or got gold, then it can take several days before it is fully recognized that you meet the requirements.

Usually it only takes some time befor you are able to apply

Enforcement actions are not removed from your history. Unless the ambassador requirements change in the future, you will not be able to become an ambassador.

I've always questioned the rewards for the ambassador program; while great, it's become obvious why they're also not. People often become ambassadors for the wrong reasons and end up making the program look bad in the process.

And that is the problem with the Ambassador program. They've gone for quantity of Ambassadors over quality of Ambassadors. The role of an Xbox Ambassador is of an
adviser, or helper to other players on Xbox Live. If an Ambassador doesn't have the basic knowledge of even the simplest functions of Xbox Live, then they are not able help others. Why even become an Ambassador if you can't do it.

Microsoft need to return to the stricter criteria needed to become an Ambassador. The way it is now is a diluted version of what it used to be.

@OP Go into their gamertag on your console, and select block communication. It really is as simple as that.
