Why can't I appeal a wrongful suspension?

XBOX encourages people to express themselves (unless you're expressing Christian beliefs.)

I attempted to change my gamerpic to an inoffensive picture of Jesus and my account was suspended for 2 days. No explanation at all besides the word "gamerpic".

I feel like I'm facing religious discrimination from this company.

I was given to reason, no chance to appeal, no way to contact enforcement, and nobody I called could help in the slightest. Even my emails to the xbox enforcement email address were blocked.

Why can Xbox get away with this? Do they not screen the reports that people put in before slamming down the banhammer? I know there will be no repercussions for them and no reparations for me.

This is, for lack of a better term, a load of barnacles.
