    Hello!

    I've recently bought Minecraft, and through the process I made an Xbox profile. However, I am unable to access the profile right now since it redirected me to here:

    Why did this occur? Based on what I remember, the account isn't at all linked to a family group. If possible, how can I solve this issue? Will I need to access through an Xbox console if that's the case?
