    why cant I access my content


    I purchased the hot wheels bundle in Forza horizon 5 and I didn't receive my car voucher which is primarily the reason that I bought the bundle in the first place. Is there something I am missing? Do I need to play through the entire hot wheels "campaign" first or this a broken and very frustrating bug? Based on the horrible one star reviews that I have read it's a bug that Microsoft is not willing to give people their money back for.
