Why can’t I access minecraft multiplayer.

In the meantime, let's make sure that your Xbox Live account is properly linked to your Minecraft account. To do this, please follow these steps:

• Open Minecraft on your device.
  
• Click on "Settings" from the main menu.
  
• Click on "Profile" and then "Sign In."
  
• Enter your Xbox Live account information and click "Sign In."
  

If your account is already linked, please try signing out and signing back into your account.

I can’t find any solution which means I will probs not be able to play Minecraft multiplayer anymore :c

Could that be the problem why I can’t host multiplayer worlds, using cellular data?
