Why cant download Xbox 360 profile on Xbox one. Comes up saying you must be connected to...

Hi guys just want to know if anyone is having the same problem as myself, i can sign into xbox one no problem but when i try to download my profile on xbox 360 it comes up with error code and saying cant download profile

Going around in circles with chat again. Back to the old is must be your connection!!!

THEN WHY CAN I DOWNLOAD OTHER PROFILES TO MY XBOX AND WHY CANT I DOWNLOAD MINE ON OTHERS

Sorry to hear you are having this problem.

This is usually a network error that's causing the failure to download the profile. Remember that the 360s back then only used IPv4 connections. Xbox One consoles can sometimes pick up and use IPv6 connections, leaving the 360 side of your console (the 360
dashboard) unable to connect. There's no concrete solution to this issue yet but you can try these:

• Power cycle your console, router, and modem (make sure that all cables are disconnected for at least a minute or so)
• Change the console DNS to your ISP's provided DNS or the usual 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4 DNS to connect to a public DNS setting. Alternatively, if you do not want to mess with your console settings, do this on your router settings instead.
• Clear your MAC Address (go to Settings > All Settings > Network > Advanced Settings > MAC Address > Clear Alternate MAC (this should re-establish a connection with your current network, however, do this only if your console is unable to connect the net)

Let us know if this resolves your problem or if you receive additional error messages along the way.

I have the same problem as BrothaBIZZLE, where it says " Xbox live cant download profiles right now 80070571" It starts downloading for about 5 seconds then that message comes up. You cant download it to the flash drive because that option comes up later
on when the profile is downloading. Please help, i havent been able to play for a week.
