    We just replaced our Xbox One (because the old one stopped working). I have a 12 month gold subscription. On the old one, my sons never had a problem playing multiplayer games through their accounts. Now today when they try and do so on the new one they
    can't. I'm confused and seeking some help.

    Disconnecting my Xbox Live Account from my Origin Account

    I was recently talking to an Origin Game Advisor (their customer support) because I wanted to disconnect my Xbox Live account from my Origin account. I don't get why I have to talk to a customer support person to remove an account like this from my Origin
    account. I believe I should just be able to press a button on my Origin account page to disconnect my Xbox Live account from my Origin account. Well, I guess it's technically-half possible. Under my Origin Account page, there are two parts to my Xbox Live
    account connection: Xbox 360 and Xbox One. I can "revoke access" for my Xbox One part, but not my Xbox 360 part. So, why isn't there a "Revoke access" button for my Xbox 360 part? I think it's pointless to be able to revoke Xbox One access, but not Xbox
    360 access. What does revoking Xbox One access do to/for my Origin account? Is it possible to make it easier to disconnect my Xbox Live account from my Origin account, Microsoft?

    After all of the rant/feedback, here is a summary of the questions that I have:

    - Why isn't there a "Revoke access" button for my Xbox 360 part?

    - What does revoking Xbox One access do to/for my Origin account?

    - Is it possible to make it easier to disconnect my Xbox Live account from my Origin account, Microsoft?

    Um, I think my tenure is broken...

    It's now saying my account can't access Xbox Live, I don't understand, did I do something wrong? I don't talk to anyone, and keep to myself, why can't I access my profile? What have I done wrong?

    I set it as home, which seemed to help. But still sometimes when my kids log in to play Destiny or CoD, the multiplayer options aren't always available. Sometimes they have to exit the games and log back in. Weird.

    Only one account is able to access XBL.

    Hello,

    To ensure that all accounts on the Xbox are able to access Gold, please ensure that your account associated with the Xbox Live Gold membership is the account that has the xbox set to "My home xbox", this will then have it set as gold for the entire xbox.
    If another account is set as the home xbox, it will require the account with gold to be signed in for others to access the gold subscription.

    Xbox live gold issue.

    I have a similar issue on XBOX One. I purchased an XBOX Live Gold Membership, but on my XBOX One Dashboard, I can't access any Gold features, including free games. I just keeps asking me to "Join Gold". I checked my subscriptions on the XBOX One and online
    under my Microsoft account, and it shows my active XBOX Live Gold subscription. How can I make my XBOX One recognize I have Gold????
