    why cannot this connection issue NOT be fixed?


    this is a game for entertainment - everything else works except Bingo with that "update" that was recently done, the one game I actually liked playing................it wasn't broken until then..............now, cannot even get into the game..............very
    frustrating and discouraging..............seriously considering finding something else to do with my time I guess as I am recently new to this XBOX gaming world and if this is how it works...............yeah, not looking like it might be so much for me.................IT,
    I am disappointed that this has not been resolved sooner and that your update broke something that was not broken to begin with

    Ryse Achievements not unlocking

    Live was having some connection issues the thing with achievement is if live is having issues you cannot unlock x1 achievements.
    The achievement community was groining about this yesterday as nothing was unlocking

    What happens when I want to go back and play Xbox 360 games after 2025?

    Well, on me old 360 the internal clock is not even working any more, so wont be a problem.

    XboxOne has lot bigger issues in 2025.
    Because by then XboxLive has ceased to exist.
    And without XboxLive you cannot use XboxOne!!!

    No, seriously: If XboxLive no longer exists, then your XboxOne cannot connect to it, and if it cannot connect, it will not run your games.
    -that's how XboxOne is built, and that is the main reason I will not ever buy it.
    ( at least with PS4 one can play games whether PSN is on or not).

    I agree TOTALLY. Unfortunately I don't believe anyone actually works on this product, so nothing will be done to fix it. Microsoft - prove me wrong! Show one small attempt at contacting people with problems! How 'bout it?!

    I'm also having the same problem and no one seems to be updating xbox live users when xbox live might be back up or even if they are trying to fix this issue at all. They claim to not be having any problems but they definitely are if so many people cannot
    connect to the service I cannot understand why they are not informing xbox live users of any progress made towards solving the issue.

    I also have the same issue. Xbox one connects fine, laptop connects fine, so why can't we access online on our 360s? Responses needed, once again this service goes down we pay for and cannot use. It's getting ridiculous. Please understand our frustration
    and fix the issue so we can enjoy our gaming online.
