Why can you guys not fix the problem with Bingo?

Oh? So you're a programmer with intensive knowledge of how their systems are setup? Maybe you should go fix it for them. Also don't forget it's a big holiday week this week.

Rewards are not given after getting a bingo and there are too many server and chat problems. The only way to fix this problem temporarily is to close the game out as many times as it takes for both the servers and chat to work. I hope you guys are aware
of this.

Okay I see that I'm not the only one that is having The same problems and issues ! What really *** me off is when you are winning really good, and you have a bunch of bingos on several boards with brief cases and keys coming to you and the game freezes up

And then it disconnects, i lose my wins/bingos/power balls and bingos/ keys, coins and tickets. I've bought coins and i didn't buy them to lose them because you guys can't fix the system ! I' have been having this problem for` ``weeks now !!! I've posted
my issues on the Facebook Forums But still no help at all . ,, Look I love the game but if you can;t fix it then give me my money back ! ! I Have Windows 8.1 Asus gaming PC

Same thing is happening to me , just left the bingo after sever connections problems. I was in the middle of the game too! Hoping to find out why here... Hope they get it fixed soon.
