Why can"t I Sign in on my xbox One S

I have been trying for 2 days to sign in on my Xbox One S. I have tried power cycling it and a complete reset out of frustration. That worked for about 1 hour, then went back to not working again. I then got on my grandson's and the same thing. I'm at
my witts end. HELP A GRANDMA OUT PEASE!

Hello, Thanks for posting on Microsoft forum. Can you sign into an account from your PC, if not you may have account issues. If you can sign in from a PC make sure the account email on the console is the exact same
thing. If this doesn't let you sigh in on both pc and Xbox i would recommend contacting a Microsoft support and explaining the issue as they might need to do some check with your account.

Thanks, but that´s exactly why this is a problem. I checked my xbox history and i have the product. So, that´s why i don´t know what i need to do

What if I were to take my Xbox One on a business trip for a week and there's no Wifi in my hotel? I can't use my Xbox because I can't connect to the internet? That's why it's good that the mandatory check in is gone.
