    Why can not I use the multiplayer?


    I was buying a 3 Forza Horizon.

    even if I had used only two days until the multiplayer.

    but today I was deported. Why can not I use?

    i bought the Ultimate Edition to the multiplayer.

    the price of the game is not a little money to me.

    please release the multiplayer or refund the amount.

    i do not understand this situation.

    This seems to be a common issue with people who added gold subscription over the free gold weekend. You'll need to try contacting support. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

    Could you possibly try using the web version if you're using the app? You can do this at Xbox Cloud Gaming (Beta) on  Xbox.com

    Also, could you try using another wifi connection to see if it helps resolve your issue?

    Also, please check that your region is on the list of supported regions for Cloud Gaming you can check this at https://www.xbox.com/en-US/regions
