    Sorry to hear you can't connect to Battle.net. So we can narrow this down a bit and get you on the right path, what exactly happens when you try to connect? Do you get an error message, and if so, what is that error message? Thanks for the extra info when

    hello.I have no error message or even.I tried to connect to me many times but nothing.I changed the password to Battlenet but even then it did not work.waiting for your answer.tnx

    Thanks for responding. What happens exactly when it doesn't work? Does it just close the connection and window? Are you able to play an offline game or connect to any other games online aside from Diablo?

    How about if you run the
    Multiplayer connection test on Xbox 360    ? Do you see any errors when you try that?
