    why can not change my account region？


    Hey

    There is a PROBLEM when I want to change my account region from Hong Kong to the US.

    The last account region change was 1 years ago and no any Subscriptions in activing now.

    However, after tried 5 times my account region just can not be changed successfully.

    so I just want to know where are the wrong parts and how should I do.

    Does your account region Match your actual region if not that would be why

    You can change it at my account and change my region on this website..

    Your console also has to be changed to reflect the change also

    8015017 if so is your account region UK?

    Are you getting 8015017 error that's not because it's isn't available in your region

    If you are using the us as your account region that's is why you are getting the error

    Your account region must reflect your actual region for xbox 360 games

    You can change this under my account on this website and change my region

    Sorry to hear it. If your brother is a minor in your region or will be if the account region is changed then that would be why the account cannot be moved. You can get more information at the link below. I've left it as Canadian for you so you can read

    The account region has to be changed which cab only be changed every 3 months

    And can only be changed under my account and change my region you have 3 clicks you must read thru
