Why can my child access XXX!

Well no as not all websites use net nanny

You can enable content restrictions in browser and on your router too I'd rely on that

But you will still have sites that will slip thru the cracks as not all sites have censorship tags

Family settings are more for game content as there are adults only games like playboy mansion or GTA etc not browsing which is more to do with your browser and router settings yes there are filters in your router settings and Google also have a filter tooo therr is no one setting covers all

You have an option to set up parental controls on child accounts. If it's not a child account why does your child have access to it?

The reason why I asked is that only a parent account can access the privacy settings to manage the child's privacy settings.
