Why can I only connect one of my 2 controllers to my pc?

I understand you need help with your controllers.

Are you using them to play Xbox games on your PC through installation or through cloud? And also, is the other controller also functioning alone? What type of controllers do you have? Thanks!

Im using it through installation but its not getting reconised by my pc. The controller alone works fine with my xbox however its working on my pc. Its the 1708 Model controller which is not working but my other one is also a 1708 Model but it is beeing recoised by my pc.

If you try using only one controller, does it connect to your PC? Try interchanging the cords as well or try using other ports.

I´ve tried these things you have suggested so far bu nothing seems to work.

To answer your first question, i have never connected this controller succesfully to my pc but i tried multiple times.

To answer your secend question. i havent tried it on another pc so far.

Are there any other things you can suggest?
