    why can I not start Minecraft?


    I cant start Minecraft, every time I do it crashes and doesn't work on version 1.16.5.

    This is probably due to the game needing an update. 1.16.5 is an outdated version of Minecraft, so you should check to see if a update is needed.

    Why does Microsoft keep removing the ability to uninstall unwanted applications like XBox, the Game Bar, etc.?

    They are subsystems that are part of windows. You can just remove them from the start menu no issue. This is also why you need the game bar installed to run minecraft, its a package of things
