    Why can I not speak to a representative online?


    So, my issues is I purchased an elite series 2 in September, it broke and I had a replacement sent to me 8 days ago. Now the replacement is broke and I don’t wish to have another replacement. I just want to return the controller and get my money refunded. I spoke to an agent in sales who told me that their boss told them that it’s possible and gave me a link to do it. Well I followed the link, but I can’t do it because I made the original purchase more than 14 days ago. So I’m right back to where I started. All I want to do is speak to someone about returning this broken controller and getting a refund so I can take my business elsewhere. But I keep getting a cyber agent who refers me here or to a 1800 number where I constantly get someone who doesn’t speak fluent English! It’s such an easy solution, but the process is made so difficult that most people just give up. All I want to do is speak to someone that can help me return a broken controller so I can have my money refunded. It was already confirmed that I can in fact do this, now I need to get it done. Is there anyone that can help me?

    I would totally understand that if it was a good product. I’m not interested in sending a controller back every couple weeks just to get a used one shipped back to me and have it break. I’d rather take my business elsewhere at this point. I’ve been using a $35 controller because I’m without mine for 10-12 days when I send it in. Everyone I speak to has the same issues with the bumpers! This being a common issue, the return dates should be extended.

    Well no since you are past the 30 day period after purchase you gotta go thru the warranty proccess

    Refund policies don't extend beyond 30 days most stores have a limit of 14 days

    Also, I was already told my someone at Microsoft that I’m eligible for the return. Someone spoke to their supervisor and I’m sure the conversation is on the record. So I will be returning it for my money back. I’m just looking for an easy process, not to be sent every which way in hopes that I probably give up.

    You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you don't see those options, change your category/topic. Billing options typically
    always give those. I usually use the option for "I don't recognize a charge" and that always gives me those options.
